Shipping & Delivery

Expected delivery time is within 5 working days (any items not in stock will be put on back order and sent when available). UK delivery is charged at the following rates: Orders up to £150.00: £6.00 Orders over £150.01: free, Overseas deliveries will be calculated on an order by order basis and will be dependent on weight and destination. The total cost will be displayed at checkout. Shortages/Damages if any part of your order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact the Customer Services Team on 01784 222339 and we will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement sent out.

Returns & Replacements

If you decide to return your order please return it in a saleable condition, with original packaging, seals unbroken and within 30 days of date of invoice. Please call us on 01784 222339/337 to notify us of the return. Please be aware that return postage and insurance costs of returns will be at your expense. Please obtain a proof of posting as you will be liable for the goods until received at our offices in the required condition. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within a period of 7 working days. We require written confirmation of cancellation either by letter or e-mail. If any part of your order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact the Customer Services Team on 01784222339 and we will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement sent out.

Ordering

All orders are accepted at our discretion, Dyslexia Action Shop Limited reserves the right to cancel an order where deemed necessary. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when your order is despatched. Orders are subject to availability.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When placing an order on-line payment will be taken at point of checkout, all orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment provider. You will receive acknowledgement of your order by e-mail. If your order is not accepted you will be notified and your card will be refunded in full. Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown are accurate, however in the unlikely event that an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible, you will then be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. Please note Dyslexia Action Shop Limited reserves the right to change the prices and specifications without notice. All prices shown replace any previously listed. We may on occasion run special offers, these will be strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual promotions.

Viewing Order

To view your order you will need to log in via your account using your login details including your password. You will be able to view the status of your order and obtain relevant tracking information.
